1 Apr 2007 - Success at British Championships
ASA British Championships – Manchester 2007
Dundee City Aquatics swimmers Ross Clark, Greig Wilkinson and Peter Stewart all qualified and proceeded to be accepted to compete in the above meet.
The meet took place over 8 days from 26th March to 1st April, with heats starting at
4.00pm
and finals taking place in the morning at
8.00am
, with warm up starting at
6.00am
, ( a good reason why swimmers should attend morning training!), making for a long and tiring week.
It was Greig and Peter’s first time at this level of meet and both performed well.
Ross won British Title in the 50m breaststroke in a time of 28.75, which is a new Scottish Record.
